Tree of Memories
St Helena Hospice's Tree of Memories is a wonderful way to remember someone special at this time of year.
Dedications, in exchange for a donation, are written on decorative tags and placed on fir trees at either Tendring Centre in Clacton or the quiet room in Myland Hall (the site of the hospice's inpatient unit) in Colchester.
The trees will be on display between Monday 7th December and Monday 4th January 2016.
Dedications will also be included in one of the special Tree of Memories books, which will be displayed from 1st February 2016 in Colchester and Clacton town halls and in St Helena Hospice's Halstead shop.
Additionally St Helena Hospice will be holding two Tree of Memories services bringing people together to take time to reflect, sing Christmas carols, listen to readings, remember loved ones, and view the trees and dedications:
Wednesday 16th December at Tendring Centre, Clacton at 6.30pm.
Thursday 17th December at Myland Hall, Colchester at 6.30pm.
Please visit St Helena Hospice's website for full details on how to make a dedication and about the special Tree of Memories services. Please note dedications close on Friday 11 December.
