Lights of Love
The J’s Hospice is inviting you to join them in remembering loved ones at a special Lights of Love carol service at Chelmsford Cathedral on Thursday 10th December.
The service is open to everyone. On arrival, guests can light a ‘Light of Love’ and add the names of their loved ones to The J’s Book of Love. The service includes carols, poems, readings and performances by the Eastwood Choral Society. It culminates in the lighting of the Christmas tree and guests will be given a special token to take home and hang on their own tree. The candles and Book of Love will be taken back to The J’s after the service.
Amanda Pelham, the Wellbeing Team Leader at The J’s said: 'We are delighted to be holding our annual carol service in the wonderful atmosphere of Chelmsford Cathedral. Everyone is welcome - you don’t need a link to The J’s to enjoy the carols, remember loved ones and celebrate Christmas with us.'
