Dyrham Country Club in Barnet played host to Noah's Ark's inaugural Golf Day in June.
Over 100 golfers enjoyed a four ball better ball Stableford competition, with the best two scores being counted. The winning team: Jason Grundman, John Greenham, Simon Tray, Joel Shields, scored 81 points. The 27 teams were made up of golfers from the following companies: BCA, JLL, Morgan Stanley, Aitch Group, PB & Co, Noble House Properties and Marex Spectron.
After play, the golfers were joined by Ru Watkins, Noah's Ark Chief Executive, and Jeremy Isaacs, Chair of 'Building the Ark' Appeal and Founder of JRJ Group.
The event was organised by Paul Belchak and his wife, Sharon who has been a Noah's Ark Family Support Volunteer for eight years.
After lunch Ellie Northam movingly described to the guests, how Noah's Ark is supporting her daughter Bella with Specialist Care and her other three children through the Siblings Activity Programme. The guests then contributed by bidding in a lively auction raising more than £12,000 towards specialist care. In total over £35,000 was raised at the event.
Speaking after the event Ru Watkins said: "Each and every day Noah's Ark makes a difference to the children and families that need its services. Specialist Care is an integral part of these services so a big thank from me to those 20 people who have each kindly donated £600 today to pay for 24 hours of this specialist care - your donation will enable us to provide over 528 hours of this care to many of these children. Finally I'm extremely proud of the team who worked tirelessly to make this event such a success. Thank you also to our fantastic hosts and friends who put forward a team or sent prizes for the raffle and auction"
