The team at St Helena are absolutely thrilled to be one of two charities that have been voted by the community to be included on a brand new Colchester MONOPOLY board.
The hospice will feature on the Community Chest square on the new board which will hit shop shelves on Friday 21st October.
The board will be launched at the Mercury Theatre where the charity will be presented with one of the very first boards to roll off the presses. The boards will be signed by MONOPOLY chiefs and all the new Colchester MONOPOLY square owners, who will be attending the launch ceremony.
CEO Mark Jarman-Howe says: “We are absolutely delighted to be featured on the Colchester MONOPOLY board, and I would like to thank everyone who took the time to vote for us.
“We rely very much on our local community to help us bring in funding in order to run our services for free, so being part of the brand new official Colchester MONOPOLY board is a fantastic opportunity to raise awareness about the hospice.
“This board is a piece of Colchester’s history and we look forward to seeing the final product on Friday.
