Introducing our Fundraisers
Your Hospice Lottery works with paid face-to-face fundraisers who may call upon householders in your local community. You may also see them at local events and retail outlets. All our representatives will have official identification on them – please ask to see this and ask any questions you may have.
As well as face to face fundraisers, we work closely with a telesales team. Call agents are trained constantly to ensure the highest level of customer service is apparent. Please refer to our Canvassing Code of Practice and our Canvasser Code of Conduct and Compliance for any further information.

We work closely with a telesales agencies.
Please note: calls are made Monday to Saturday between the hours of 9am and 6pm.
They call numbers a maximum of 2 times.
All calls are filtered through the Telephone Preference Service (TPS).
They have a Quality Assurance Team who monitor calls.
Call agents are trained constantly to ensure the highest level of customer service is apparent and all calls are recorded.
