Cynthia Spencer Hospice provides specialist palliative care for people diagnosed with life-limiting and terminal illnesses and their families at the Hospice in Northampton and across West Northamptonshire through their Clincal Nurse Specialist and Hospice at Home Community Care Teams.
The hospice is also home to a county-wide Lymphoedema service and a day-care Wellbeing Service. Care at the Hospice focuses on helping patients to enjoy the best quality of life possible - controlling their pain and other symptoms; offering emotional and practical support; providing suitable treatments and therapies and, when the time comes providing the best care to ensure a comfortable and dignified death.
All their hospice services are offered free of charge, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and although part-funded by the NHS they rely on their local community to raise one third of every £1 they spend on care.

This year they need to raise £2,205,825. That's £6,052 per day to continue all the services that Cynthia Spencer Hospice currently provides in Northampton and across West Northamptonshire.
Without the ongoing support and generosity of their local community, they would not be able to provide and continue to grow their services and teams.

How to play
Each entry to the draw costs £1. Our draws are run every week of the year, usually on a Friday. You can either set up a membership to provide your chosen charity with a regular and reliable income, every week of the year, or you can play as and when you want to, whatever suits you best!
